Short Bio:
Tehila is a second-year PhD student in Computer Science at NYU-Poly, advised by Torsten Suel and co-advised by Helen Nissenbaum. She received her B.A. in Computer Science and Judaic Studies from Hebrew Theological College in 2010. Tehila has interned and worked as a software engineer, participating in projects such as an OCR medical records package, a database program for a non-profit day camp, and a touch-screen home automation system based on the solilunar Hebrew calendar.
Tehila will be studying privacy in search engine under Professor Torsten Suel of NYU-Poly and Professor Helen Nissenbaum of NYU.
